HOW DO I MAKE A RETURN?
- Items must be returned within 30 days of the purchase date. Returns will only be processed accordingly when they arrive within the 30 day return period.
- All items must be unworn, unwashed, in the same condition that you received it in, and have all/any original tags attached in order to be eligible for a refund.
- All intimates, swimwear, jewelry, belts, hats, hair accessories, eyewear, scarves, handbags, keychains, and etc. accessories are final sale.
- All discounted items are final sale(including items that were purchased using a promo/sale code larger that 15%)
- Refunds must be refunded to the original payment method. If that is not possible, we will give you store credit.
- You are responsible for the return shipping, and all shipping charges are non-refundable.
RETURN INSTRUCTIONS:
- Pack item(s) to return into a box or bag of your choice.
- Include your original invoice included in your package, a copy of the invoice, or your confirmation email so we can identify your order.
- Ship to our return address with the shipper of your choice, please contact us to get the return address.
- When received at our warehouse, your order will be inspected and we will send you an email (to the email used to place the order) regarding the status of your return.
RETURN PROCESS:
- Once we have received and approved the return, we will process it within 5-7 business days. Your refund will be credited back to the original method of payment used to place the order. If that is unavailable, then you will be refunded store credit. Returns over the 30 day limit will get store credit. Refunds may take an additional 5-7 business days depending on your bank. We will email you at the email your order was placed with notifying you when we process your refund.
STORES:
We do not accept returns for items purchased in our stores. Please refer to the return policy printed on your receipt for any store purchases.
